Limalimo Lodge – Simien Mountains

Limalimo Lodge is a boutique 14rooms lodge located in a beautiful out of the way location in the Simien Mountains National Park. Each room’s location affords seclusion and spectacular views, coming with en-suite facilities. Electricity, hot water and heating are provided by sustainable sources, whilst water for the gardens is recycled. Each room includes a private terrace. Wi-Fi is available, though please be advised a clear connection is not always guaranteed. The area around the Lodge offers plenty of scope for short day walks. The Lodge is set away from the main plateau (Sankaber – Geech – Chenek) of the park and we would recommend serious hikers and wildlife enthusiasts combine a stay here with a multiday trek on the plateau. The bar and restaurant are perched on top of the hill with views along the dramatic escarpment and onto the lowlands below. The 12rooms are scattered around the site among the trees with views over wooded hillsides. All rooms are en-suite with spectacular views and consist of twin, double, triple and family rooms.
